Designed for smooth, versatile performance, this functional trainer features dual 160 lb weight stacks with an upgrade option to dual 210 lb stacks. The vertically adjustable pulleys swivel through a 180° range of motion, giving you the freedom to perform a wide variety of total body exercises for strength, performance, flexibility, and rehabilitation.

The no cable change design helps you move quickly from one exercise to the next, while the included adjustable nylon cable handles make it easy to perform cable crossovers, biceps curls, triceps pressdowns, rows, delt raises, trunk twists, glute kickbacks, and more. A built in chinning bar adds even more training variety for pull ups, chin ups, and leg raises.
