On the surface, it may not be easy to find very many commonalities between the Francis House and G&G Fitness. There is one invariable similarity however, and that is our shared 25 years of commitment to community.
This year, the Francis House, described as a “home and extended family to persons with terminal illnesses so they can die with dignity,” is hosting the There's No Place Like Home fund-raising event in central New York. On October 12th at 5:30p.m., approximately 2,500 guests will be attending the event at the Horticulture Building at the New York State Fairgrounds. Many business leaders in the community will be in attendance and participating, and local businesses are donating prizes for “Prize House” games, where guests will purchase keys in hopes that one will unlock a door to win a prize. G&G Fitness is extremely proud to participate and support this event and the Francis House.
All funds raised from the There's No Place Like Home event are used to help with the costs of care for guests of the Francis House who have no financial resources. For more information about the Francis House, visit francishouseny.org.
