The Catalyst Games are back and with it all the enthusiasm of last year’s resounding success! The brutal winter will give way to a great summer just in time for the Games which are to be held at Nazareth College on June 20th, 2015. Perhaps you are participating, or maybe you’re just excited to go along for a ride, but regardless of the reason, you should know that there is an exciting new addition to the 2015 Catalyst Games.
G&G is named the official equipment provider for the games with such equipment as rigs, wall balls, targets, Assault bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, plyo boxes, Extreme Monkey Olympic bars and bumper plates.
G&G’s passion is to offer extreme, high quality functional training and cross fit gear that allows athletes to not only reach their goals, but to elevate their performance to the next level- the level it takes to be crowed the King and Queen of Western NY!
Now this is something to brag out! The Catalyst Games has been a huge hit in recent years and is now the biggest competition event of it’s kind in the area. This year, cash prizes are being awarded to the winners, half of which will go a charity of their choice. The Catalyst Games run to help support the Kade Project which offers scholarships and other financial assistance to young athletes who are very active in their community. Funds from the games will also be used to help send care packages to men and women deployed overseas.
As the official fitness equipment providers of this years Catalyst games, G&G will be offering all their equipment for pre-buy at discounted prices for pick-up after the event. All the equipment will be brand new before athletes enter the event. In addition, they will offer other Cross Fit equipment at discount prices to Catalyst Game participants.
The Nazareth venue will be packed with over 400 athletes so bring your family and friends and prepare to cheer them on! Also, if you get hungry during the event and fancy a light snack of some kind, there will be food vendors from Project Lean Nation and Dukes Donuts in attendance to feed your crave. There will also be plenty of parking so just follow the signs.
The Catalyst Games were designed to be as much of a community event as possible, so shout it from the rooftops and tell everyone you know about it and invite them out to cheer on the athletes. Let’s make this best Catalyst Games yet!
