How to install or upgrade new Matrix consoles
Ten steps to install your new Matrix console.
Step 1: Un-plug and switch off power. (Units may vary location)
Step 2: Head to the back of the console.
Step 3: Unscrew the 4 screws holding the shroud up on the back of the console.
Step 4: Un-bolt the 4 bolts holding the console to the frame using an Allen key.
Step 5: Remove all wires going from the base of the unit into the console, after doing so safely remove the console and set it aside.
Step 6: Set new console into the same exact spot and attach wires from the base. The wires will only fit into the ports that allow them to fit, and some will even be color coded.
Step 7: Bolt the console to the frame using the 4 Allen keys.
Step 8: attach the shroud cover back over the rear of the console using the 4 Phillips screws.
Step 9: Plug in your unit and flip on the power switch.
Step 10: Make sure console is turning on properly and congratulations you're all done!
