The Premium EVA Foam Roller offers myofascial release, relaxing contracted muscles and improving circulation in sore or stiff muscles.

Extra Long 39" length (x 6" diameter)

At 39" in length, our EVA foam roller is longer than standard "Large" foam rollers. The extra length gives you more rolling surface, so you don't have to adjust as frequently when targeting larger muscle groups such as your legs and torso areas.

EVA Foam

We've taken one of the best materials for foam rollers, which is EVA foam, and produced it with a specific firmness we feel is an ideal balance of hardness for support and durability and a bit of softness for comfort. The Element Fitness foam roller is finished with a honeycomb pattern for a better tactile feel and control. EVA foam is very durable plus it's warm and soft to the touch.
