The XM Fitness Black Steel Swiss Bar Angled is a versatile specialty barbell designed to enhance your lifting experience by reducing strain on the wrists, elbows, and shoulders. Ideal for pressing, pulling, and rowing movements, this bar features three pairs of angled 2-inch grip positions, allowing for a more neutral wrist position and minimizing joint torque.
Constructed from durable black steel with a matte powder-coat finish, the Swiss Bar's 83-inch length and offset handle block provide additional face clearance during overhead presses. This makes it an excellent choice for shoulder rehabilitation, powerlifting variations, and general strength training. Two black steel spring collars are included, and the bar is compatible with Olympic plates, sold separately.
