"Fitness and health are not simply the end-result; both are part of a life-long journey. My focus in the fitness world is, and has always been, to help people on their journeys -- to learn and grow and appreciate themselves and all that they are capable of. I believe that there is a tremendous sense of self-empowerment that comes along with a strong workout and safe, effective training. Knowing how to -- and taking the time to -- take care of yourself is a skill that transcends all aspects of life. Here, I can help people make decisions that best reflect their desires and goals, decisions that will bring them closer to loving themselves and feeling good in their bodies."
